Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
All Credit Card payments totaling $2000.00 or more will be subject to a 3% convenience fee at time of payment.
Shipping
Most orders will be processed and shipped that same day. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available accessories and chemicals, and ship back-ordered items as soon as they are available. Shipments will be sent U.P.S. unless a carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier (truck). Most orders will be F.O.B. from our warehouse.
Free Freight Policy
Any chemical order $499.00 will be shipped Freight Free within our four-state area. There will be a small handling fee of $5.00 per box, but substantial savings.
The customers's account must be current to take advantage of free freight. All shipping requests such as next-day air, 2-day air, 3-day select and oversized boxes are not included in this program. No C.O.D. shipments. Machines, factory-direct shipments, non-stocked items, special-orders, parts and hazardous material do not qualify for free freight.
Warranties and Returns
Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found defective within the terms of the warranty. Please call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the box. Items returned for any reason must also be assigned a RA number. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned goods. Your account will be charged for the warrantee part under consideration. Upon credit from the manufacturer for the defective part, your account will then be credited.
Damage in Shipment
All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier. U.P.S. driver, truck driver etc. Please hold onto the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.
